If you subscribe to caller ID service, the date and time are set automatically

with each incoming call. You can also set the date and time manually.

Press MENU >> Press

Enter month (MM), date (DD) and year (YY) >> Press SELECT.

Enter hour (HH) and minute (MM) >> Press / for AM/PM

You can adjust the ringer volume level, or turn the ringer off.

Set voicemail number

Your telephone supports voicemail feature which requires subscription

from your telephone service provider. Contact your telephone service

provider for more information and assistance about using yourfor more information and assistance about using your

voicemail service.

You can save the voicemail number to 1 on each handset for

easy access.

To set voicemail number:

Enter the voicemail number

Press SELECT.

While entering numbers, you can:

Press DELETE to erase a digit.

Press

/ to move the cursor to the left or right.

Press and hold PAUSE to insert a dialing pause (a P appears).

Press TONE to add (shown as ) or QUIET# to add # (shown as ).

To retrieve voicemail messages:

Press and hold 1.
